The mini-quick horizontal system is designed for easy, simple, and safe runs. The PVC dams can be snapped into the grooves for easy gel casting. Prep work is minimal since gels can be cast in place. The uniplanar design has a buffer chamber only slightly longer than the gel itself, minimizing the amount of buffer required. Use one or two comb positions for up to a max of 40 sample output. The system is ideal for electroelution of DNA in dialysis bags, or separation and identification of DNA fragments, RNA fragments, PCR products, and synthetic oligonucleotides. Less than fifteen minutes of run time is required for elution of DNA in dialysis bags.
